Data Protection Notice pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR")

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") provides for regulations aimed at the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your confidentiality and your rights. 2. Purpose and method of data processing

Your personal data are collected solely from us, both at the time of registration on the www site and at the time of entering into the contract, and will be processed exclusively for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the fulfilment of the obligations inherent in the relationship with the Company, in particular:

  • for the entry of annexes into the company's computer databases;
  • for bookkeeping and invoicing;
  • for the management of receipts and payments;
  • to fulfil obligations under civil and tax laws, regulations, and EU legislation;
  • to send you commercial communications, provided you have given your consent.

Personal data shall be processed by means of paper and computer media by the data controller, the person(s) in charge and the persons in charge, in compliance with all precautionary measures guaranteeing their security and confidentiality.

3. Legal bases for processing

The legal basis for the processing, depending on the case, may be the performance of a contract to which you are a party or the fulfilment of legal obligations to which the Company is subject in its capacity as Data Controller. On the other hand, the legal basis for sending commercial communications is your consent. The provision of your personal data is optional, but failure to provide them may make it impossible for us to establish the relationship or fulfil contractual obligations or, in general, comply with legal obligations.

4. Communication and data transfers outside the European Economic Area

Your personal data, for the purpose of the execution of the contract and for the above-mentioned purposes, may be communicated to:

  • natural and legal persons (legal, administrative, tax consultancy firms, auditing firms
  • couriers and forwarding agents, data processing centres, etc.) used by the data controller for the purposes
  • the fulfilment of administrative, accounting, commercial and management obligations;
  • banking institutions for the management of collections and payments; factoring or debt collection companies;
  • our collaborators and employees specifically appointed and within the scope of their duties.
  • other real estate brokerage companies active in the process of buying, selling or renting the property that is the subject of the assignment, subject to its prior consent.

Any communication will only concern the data that is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes. Your personal data will be stored on the company's partner servers.

5. Conservation period

Your personal data will be kept for the duration of your contractual relationship with the Company. After the termination of the contractual relationship, the Company will keep the personal data relating to the execution of the contract for the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations, including tax obligations. Thereafter, the personal data relating to the performance of the contract will be kept for a period not exceeding the period of limitation provided for by law in order to possibly assert or defend a right in court.

6. Rights of the data subject

You may at any time exercise your rights vis-à-vis the Data Controller, pursuant to Articles 15 - 22 of the GDPR, which we summarise below for your convenience. In particular, you have the right:

  • access to your personal data;
  • rectification of your personal data;
  • erasure of your personal data;
  • objection to processing;
  • restriction of processing;
  • portability of your personal data;
  • that you are not the recipient of automated processing or profiling operations.

Finally, we would like to remind you that you also have the right to apply to the Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali - Piazza Venezia 11 - 00187 Roma (RM) by lodging a complaint to enforce your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data.

Any request addressed to the data controller or data processor may also be sent by registered letter or by e-mail through the references given.
